We believe a good image gallery should trade the least collection for the greatest trust. You have no obligation to register an account, and we have no motive to monetize your information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can manage your information.
一、我们收集哪些信息
我们只收集为你提供服务所必需的信息，分为两类：
1. 你主动提供的
- 投稿信息：昵称 / 署名、联系方式（邮箱或 QQ）、作品文件、作品说明。
- 联系信息：当你主动通过 QQ 联系我们时，你提供的内容（例如你的问题、你上传的截图）。
除此之外，浏览随机图廊、查看图片、使用 API 接口，都不需要注册或登录， 我们不会为此收集任何个人信息。
2. 自动记录的
- 设备信息：为了向你返回合适尺寸的图片，我们会采集浏览器类型、 屏幕宽度与设备类型（手机 / 平板 / PC）等信息，并发送到服务端， 由服务端判断当前请求应返回哪一档尺寸的图片（例如移动端小图、桌面端大图）。 这类信息仅用于当次请求的即时适配，不会与你的个人身份关联，也不会用于任何其他用途。
- 访问日志：为保障服务稳定与安全防护，服务器会记录基础访问日志， 包含 IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间、请求路径。此类日志仅用于安全审计与访问统计， 不用于识别个人身份。
二、信息如何被使用
- 用于作品审核：确认作品的原创性与合规性。
- 用于版权确认：在出现版权争议时，作为联系作者、核实授权的依据。
- 用于必要的沟通：当投稿需要补充说明、或作品被选中进入精选时，我们会联系你。
- 用于公开展示：你填写的昵称与作品说明会随作品一并公开展示；联系方式不会。
- 用于图片尺寸适配：根据设备类型向不同终端返回合适尺寸的图片，以节省流量、加快加载。
- 用于安全审计：访问日志仅用于异常流量识别、防爬虫、防攻击，不用于识别个人身份。
三、我们不会做什么
以下这些是我们明确承诺不做的事情：
- 不出售、出租、交换你的个人信息给任何第三方
- 不将你的联系方式用于任何形式的营销推广
- 不将你的邮箱或 QQ 加入任何群发列表
- 不向任何广告商、数据公司共享你的个人数据
- 不在你浏览图片时偷偷进行用户画像或行为追踪
唯一的例外情形：法律法规有强制性规定，或司法机关、行政机关依法要求配合调查时， 我们会在法律允许的范围内提供必要信息，并在可能的情况下提前告知你。
四、存储与安全
- 存储位置：你的信息存储在世界图库的服务器上。为提升访问速度与稳定性， 我们在全球多个地区部署了服务器节点与镜像站。你提交的信息可能存储在其中任一节点， 或被分发到就近节点以加速访问。无论存储在哪个节点，我们都会采取同样的保护标准。
- 访问控制：只有负责审核与客服的管理员可以访问联系方式，且需通过身份验证。
- 传输加密：全站启用 HTTPS，投稿表单通过加密通道提交。
- 保留期限：我们仅在实现上述目的所需的最短期限内保留信息。 如果你申请删除，我们会在 7 个工作日内完成删除或匿名化处理。
五、Cookie 与访问日志
世界图库对 Cookie 的使用极为克制：
- 功能性 Cookie：仅用于记住你的页面偏好（例如是否已关闭某条提示）， 不涉及个人身份识别。
- 不使用第三方跟踪 Cookie：我们不接入 Google Analytics、 百度统计等会做用户画像的第三方统计服务。

七、未成年人
- 若你未满 14 周岁，请在监护人陪同下阅读本政策， 并在取得监护人同意后再进行投稿。
- 若你已满 14 周岁但未满 18 周岁，建议在投稿前与监护人沟通。
- 若我们发现无意中收集了未满 14 周岁儿童的个人信息， 会在接到通知后立即删除相关数据。
八、第三方服务
世界图库在以下场景会涉及第三方服务，特此说明：
- CDN 加速：为提升图片加载速度，我们可能使用第三方 CDN 分发图片。 CDN 服务商会记录基础访问日志（与我们的日志类型相同），但不会获取你的个人信息。
- QQ 联系：当你点击页面上的"QQ 联系"按钮时， 会唤起你本地的 QQ 客户端。此过程完全在你的设备上完成， 我们不会记录你的 QQ 号码。
- 广告服务：为支持创作者广告分成，站内可能展示第三方广告。 广告位不接收你的个人身份信息，仅基于页面内容与设备类型展示。 如果你不接受广告，可以安装广告拦截插件，不影响图库浏览。
九、政策更新
本政策如有更新，会在本页面公布最新版本，并在页面顶部标注更新日期。 如果更新涉及你的权利发生实质性变化，我们会在页面显著位置提示。
继续使用世界图库即视为你接受更新后的政策。 如果你不接受更新内容，可以联系我们删除你的信息。

1. What Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our service, in two categories:
1.1 Information you provide
- Submission information: nickname / credit name, contact info (email or QQ), work files, work description.
- Contact information: when you reach out to us via QQ, the content you provide (e.g., your questions, screenshots).
Beyond this, browsing the gallery, viewing images, and using the API require no registration or login, and we do not collect any personal information for these activities.
1.2 Information recorded automatically
- Device information: To return images at the appropriate size, we collect browser type, screen width, and device type (mobile / tablet / PC), and send them to the server, which determines which image size tier to return (e.g., smaller images for mobile, larger for desktop). This information is used only for real-time adaptation of the current request and is not linked to your personal identity or used for any other purpose.
- Access logs: To ensure service stability and security, the server records basic access logs including IP address, browser type, access time, and request path. These logs are used only for security auditing and traffic statistics, not for identifying individuals.
2. How Information Is Used
- Content review: verifying originality and compliance of submissions.
- Copyright verification: as the basis for contacting authors and verifying authorization in disputes.
- Necessary communication: when a submission needs clarification or a work is selected for featured display.
- Public display: your nickname and work description are displayed with the work; your contact info is not.
- Image size adaptation: returning appropriate image sizes to different devices to save bandwidth and speed up loading.
- Security auditing: access logs are used only for anomaly detection, anti-scraping, and anti-attack.
3. What We Don't Do
These are things we explicitly promise not to do:
- Sell, rent, or exchange your personal information with any third party
- Use your contact information for any form of marketing or promotion
- Add your email or QQ to any mailing list
- Share your personal data with any advertiser or data company
- Secretly profile or track your behavior while you browse images
The only exception: when laws or regulations require it, or when judicial or administrative authorities lawfully request cooperation, we will provide necessary information within the scope permitted by law, and will inform you in advance when possible.
4. Storage and Security
- Storage location: Your information is stored on World Gallery servers. To improve access speed and stability, we deploy server nodes and mirror sites in multiple regions worldwide. Your submitted information may be stored on any of these nodes, or distributed to the nearest node for faster access. Regardless of where it is stored, we apply the same protection standards.
- Access control: Only administrators responsible for review and customer service can access contact information, and they must pass identity verification.
- Transmission encryption: The entire site uses HTTPS, and submission forms are transmitted over encrypted channels.
- Retention period: We retain information only for the minimum period necessary for the above purposes. If you request deletion, we will complete deletion or anonymization within 7 business days.
5. Cookies and Access Logs
World Gallery's use of cookies is extremely restrained:
- Functional cookies: Used only to remember your page preferences (e.g., whether you've closed a notice), not for personal identification.
- No third-party tracking cookies: We do not use Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, or similar third-party analytics that profile users.
- Access logs: Retained for 30 days for security auditing, then automatically rotated and deleted.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. This will not affect your ability to browse the gallery or use the API.
6. Your Rights
As a provider of information, you always have the following rights:
To exercise these rights, simply contact us via QQ at the bottom of the page. We will verify your identity and process your request. This process is completely free of charge.
7. Minors
- If you are under 14, please read this policy with a guardian and obtain their consent before submitting.
- If you are between 14 and 18, we recommend communicating with a guardian before submitting.
- If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 14, we will delete the data immediately upon notification.
8. Third-Party Services
World Gallery involves the following third-party services, which we disclose here:
- CDN acceleration: To improve image loading speed, we may use third-party CDNs to distribute images. CDN providers record basic access logs (same type as ours) but do not obtain your personal information.
- QQ contact: When you click the "QQ Contact" button, it invokes your local QQ client. This process is completed entirely on your device, and we do not record your QQ number.
- Advertising services: To support creator ad revenue sharing, third-party ads may be displayed. Ad slots do not receive your personal identity information and are displayed only based on page content and device type. If you do not accept ads, you can install an ad blocker without affecting gallery browsing.
9. Policy Updates
If this policy is updated, the latest version will be published on this page with the update date marked at the top. If an update involves material changes to your rights, we will prominently notify you on the page.
Continued use of World Gallery constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not accept the updates, you may contact us to delete your information.
